I'm 19 years old and just got home from my first year of college. I've gotten lightheaded/dizzy and nauseous for unexplained reasons for the past few years now, but now I have new symptoms as well.
Lately I've been having trouble sleeping.. I get around 7 or 8 hours of sleep a night, but I find myself waking up at 7 on my days off from work. Even though I'm the most exhausted I've been in my life, I can't sleep.
My nose has been more stuffed than EVER before for the past couple of months, and when I wake up in the morning I feel like I can't breathe through it at all and have incredible dry mouth. I've always had bad allergies, but my symptom is usually just sneezing in the morning, not a stuffy nose. I take Zyrtec but it's not helping with the stuffy nose. I just started nose spray so we'll see if that will help. I figure this could be causing my lack of sleep and dizziness problems, but I don't know.
I've also had around five nosebleeds in the past month and a half (2 in the last two days).. never had any in my life before this. They are either in the middle of the night or right when I wake up. I figure this could be because of my stuffy nose, or something else.
I lost about 10 pounds since I left for school. I left for college in January, and I didn't have a scale up there so I didn't weigh myself ever, but when I came home and went to the doctor I weighed 109, as opposed to the 118 I was the last time at the doctor in October. My doctor didn't seem too concerned with this, but I don't think I've ever lost weight in my life, and I wasn't trying at all. The last month I was at school, and when I first came home, I think I had a decreased appetite, but I mostly feel like my appetite is back and I'm still not gaining weight past 110. I've also had a lot of diarrhea lately.
I've also always had an irregular menstrual cycle. It's the most regular it's been right now, but I don't get it at the same time every month. I also had a yeast infection last month but took medicine for it so it should be gone.
I pretty much always have a lack of energy and feel lethargic a lot.
Sorry for random symptoms, I just wrote anything I thought was weird.. Any help? Doctors don't seem to take my symptoms too seriously, but I don't know what to do anymore. I'm probably freaking myself out by reading things online, but if anyone has similar symptoms or thinks they know what it could be, please let me know!
