Please help me. No doctor can figure it out. I fell like I am going to pass out on an hourly basis. I am weak, tired, dizzy, have trouble breathing and can't take it anymore. My body temp feels like it is out of control. I fell like I get hot flashes. I can't swallow on the right side of my throat and my stomach burns but doctors say that is GERD and my head symptoms are not related. I can't sleep and have major anxiety. So far every test has come back normal. My MRI, CT, Allergies and blood work for anemia, diabetes and thyroid came out clear. I did not fast before I took these tests becuase they were unplanned so I almost want to have them taken again. Any ideas? I am young, athletic eat healthy, don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I don't know how much longer I can deal with this. It has been about 18 months and everything seems to be getting worse.

  • A friend of mine had a severe panic attack and had very similar symptoms. Maybe if a doctor cannot figure out what's wrong with you through all this tests, maybe its worth seeing a psychiatrist?

  • Have you been tested for by a neurotologist? They test for dizziness and related issues. I am just wondering if maybe you have dysautonomia.

  • I had some of your symptoms (light headedness, dizziness, weakness, shortness of breath) and doctors couldn't figure it out either. I tried an alternative treatment (a gluten-free diet) and my symptoms went away while on the diet. Then I thought maybe the gluten wasn't being digested properly so I took lots of probiotics for a couple months and the symptoms went away completely. Science is starting to find that improperly digested food can cause neurological symptoms and there aren't always digestive symptoms involved. You may want to research leaky gut syndrome (called increased intestinal permeability by conventional doctors). Also, magnesium helps with anxiety and improves digestion. Melatonin may help with sleep.
