I am an aerobics instructor ao I work out about 10 hours per week. Usually I enjoy my job immensely and am happy to work out each day. For the past wee however, 40-50 minutes of instructing a class will make me feel light headed and/or dizzy. My vision often becomes blurry and I feel faint. I have tried drinking more water, eating more protien and even breating differently but, I am still feeling weak and dizzy.
