  • hi, sorry to hear of your suffering, I too am looking for answers to a health problem that has lots of fatigue, and I also have 2 young children so i kind of know what you are going through. My thought is, have the doctors checked you for lupus? With the fatigue, dry skin, hair ,nails and face rash with arthritis pain that moves from joint to joint etc could be signs of lupus, I was tested for this about 10 years ago for similar symptoms to you, except for the face rash, mine was on my back. but mine turned out to be rhuematoid arthritis. I hope I have in some way helped, and hope you are feeling better soon. Please let me know how you get on.

  • Look into addisons or cushings disease, not extremely common, but worth looking into.
