My friends daughter is twelve years old. She started having bad headaches and throwing up. Many test were done and it was found that her blood platelet was one million. She had blood clots in the back of her head and there was pressure buildup on her optave nerve of her right eye which left her with 80% vision loss. They put a drain in her spine for five days to relieve pressure and when it was removed the pressure returned. They are attempting to put a shunt in with the hopes that it will work . They also did a spinal and found nothing. Is there anyone who can relate to these symptoms?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
