I recently got my blood test results back they were normal (tested for Iron, CBC, ESR) is there a specific blood test designed to diagnose leukemia? i did an online diagnosis at yourdiagnosis.com said there is a 70% cance i have leukemia i get really bad blood noses, bruise easily and always tired and recently have bad pain below my ribs on my left side. I just wanted to know if leukemia can be detected in a standard blood test or not, i am probably being paranoid. Should i go to my doctor about this? My mum doesn't seem to care
