So I apologize if this is a duplicate but I posted something a little over an hour ago and haven't seen it up so I assumed I did something wrong(since I am completely deficient in the technology department...) So here it goes again:

I'm looking for answers to a recent onset of bizarre and seemingly unrelated symptoms. I am 25 years old and until a few months ago have been in very good health. About 3 months ago it all started when I woke up with a swollen spine. The swollen area was around a lower vertebrae, but my spine hurt to touch top to bottom, although not at all to move. This lasted about 3 days but came back 3 times since. During and in-between episodes I felt extremely fatigued, dizzy, achey (especially in my elbows and spine) and nautious. I got a case of very bad diarrhea which lasted about 2 weeks, which at its peak caused me to go 8-10 times a day. I had 2 lymph nodes on my neck, as well as my thyroid swell up. I haven't had a spinal swelling episode in about a month now, but I am still extrememly fatigued and one of the lyph nodes on my neck remains swollen, although not at all painful. Doctors have ruled out any form of infection or auto-immune disease but can't seem to piece the symptoms together. X-rays were normal, and Blood tests showed slightly low WBC counts and extremely low ferritin (6). I've never had a problem with anemia before and even after taking iron supplements, my levels remain quite low. I just want to feel good again! Help!
