For the past few months, I've lost the motivation to do things important to me and engage in formerly pleasurable activities. I still do them - but mostly to maintain others' expectations. However, I've seen sharp decline in my work quality and performance. I'll have fun for a moment (briefly, with friends), but when alone in thoughts, I go back to feeling dull, empty, and lethargic. I am also combating feelings of excessive guilt and worthlessness. I keep my head in control, but I feel I haven't putting my all into things like I used to.
