both of my legs becomes weak after the surgery on herniated disc on L4-L5 lumbar. specially my calf muscles and on the upper part of my legs. I need your professional advise regarding this problem of mine. It's almost a year since the surgery and still my muscles are weak. I am suffering also from cramps on my front legs once I move my feet upward and i the muscles are so hard and some bearable pain altogether. Please help me or give an advise for the proper treatment for this.

Thank you very much.
