My legs have always done this since i was little but i have never found out why, im 21 and am very healthy and do regular exercise. I had growing pains when small and have lumps just under my knees still. Not sure if its anything to do with it. But once the pain starts, if its bad it tends to stay most of the day and at night i find it hard to sleep as my legs are aching and sort of pulsing (hard to explain) It always goes the next day and i am fine if i dont stand for too long, i cant go to gigs standing up or do a job requiring me to stand on my feet all day. So i'd really like to find out what its all about!
thanks in advance
