It is strange, but about two weeks ago I got a corked thigh at the front of my leg and then went to physio as he gave massage about a week later. I then started getting pains in my shins, inner calf and along the outside of my lower leg. My hip is also sore. Now that my corked thigh is almost completely bruiseless then I am left wondering why I have pain in my entire leg? The pain from where the initial blow is still sometimes sore at night. I wonder what stretches I can do to increase mobility?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
