ok, so i just started the p90x workout program, did back and chest and the ab ripper x, had no problems at all. the 3rd day, i tried Plyometrics, basically a lot of squats, lunges, twisting and jumping. like 15 minutes in i started getting worn out but i pushed myself to finish it, i lasted like 10 minutes more til i felt like i couldn't go any further. my legs felt like they were giving out whenever id go up or down stairs but not much pain. later that night i went to work and every time i went to squat down or i took a step up or down a really sharp pain shot through both of my legs until i got them straight again. the pain is from the top of my legs down to my knees and its only in the front, no pain in the back. that pain is still here and hasn't decreased a bit. i tried ice once, and i took ibuprofen 3 times and the pain never went down at all. im afraid maybe i tore a muscle or something. just seems weird that the pain would stick around so long. its monday night and i did the workout saturday afternoon. i figured it would be gone after a day.
