It has been arrived in the MRI Scan of lumbo sacral spine that

Leftward lumbar scoliosis with mild dorsal scoliosis

subarticular signal alteration at the left sacroiliac joint, more marked on illiac side showing hyperintense signal or STIR images suggestive of left sacroilitis.

Small intradural extramedullary lesion at D12 vertebral leel right anterior to the conus?

nerve sheath tumor?


I feel pain in left side buttocks and left leg and some times the pain is so sever that i may not be able to move

please advise the corrective medicine

  • check wuth a physical therapist if a sacral torsion is evident, thus correction of this can have a dramatic change on any functional scoliosis.
