I am a otherwise healthy 21 year old female. The past five years i have had a compounding amount of symptoms when i get used to one i get another. so it started with bowel problems persisted for about a year had a colonoscopy diagnosis IBS. Then i started to have pain in my left knee so severe i would wake up crying, it was almost like it would build pressure if it was not straight. a year later the pain was joined with nerve pain in my left shoulder and elbow of equal severity. then my left hand/finger/arm would go numb spartically for anywhere from ten min to hours. (like novicane numb) over the last year the symptoms are more frequent. about three months ago i started getting blinding headache behind my left eye. and the newest symptom is i can not produce tears in my left eye when i cry. I have had every blood test for alergies, arthritis etc. my doctor thought MS, changed doctors when i moved he thought fibromeislia and put me on cymbalta and gabbapenten, took the prescriptions for six months no change. I have tried several different steriods for the nerve painnothing helps, pain killers do not help, i dont know what else to do. so here you go world wide web!
