Left Arm Swelling

My left arm is swelling and has been for the last 48 hours. There is also pain off and on. I have been taking 6 Motrin every 4 hours to reduce the swelling, but I have no idea what has been causing this. The only thought I had was that I have a benign heart arrhythmia. A few days ago my heart raced at 190 for over two hours. I don't know if that is related, but I thought I'd throw it out there. If y'all have any thoughts or ideas please let me know.
Thank you so much.
