I am a 58 year old female. Over the last few weeks I have noticed a swelling in my left ankle. This week it is now becoming painful to walk on. I have not injured it. Unfortunately, I can not afford to go to a doctor. I do have some varicose veins in that leg. On another note, during this same time period I noticed bruised looking marks under my left armpit, but there is no pain or tenderness. Do you think this could be something serious, or do you think it will just disappear just like it appeared? Naturally, I am hoping for the latter! Thanks.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
