Hello everyone,

Im a 36 year old female with two teens, married for 16 years. Last June is when my life turned around suddenly with symtoms that my doctor described as a Panic Disorder...I have anxiety attacks because I worry yada yada yada and im okay with this news they gave me. Well all was well till Dec/Jan past..when this ache in my chest started (upper chest middle ) i didnt really took noticed of it back then but over the last months it intensified to a moderate ache to which i consulted doctors for. Her response was..some people have it some others dont..etc we dont know why.
So...on it continues and then 3 weeks ago...i felt like total poop all of a sudden, the ambulance came to get me..ecg, ekg, troponine tests, x-rays thinking it was my heart..again in less then a year these tests were neg and again i consulted my doctor thereafter. She mentioned something about Costocondritis aka ( Chest wall inflammation ), it will pass etc, given no meds. Since then, this pain is less severe but other symptoms have come...legs are tingly as well as arms..some sore muscles all over body..i get bouts of nausea for no reasons...and muscles spams frequently enough. I know theres endless possibilities...Im looking for ideas / similar stories people can share of what i may have..I heard of the fybromalgia...CFS and many others. I take Ativan regularly at night and Tecta for a '' supposed'' undiagnosed GERD or heartburn or some such.
Im in line for an upper GI series test for possible ulcer or hernia of the stomach...and a heart stress test althought this is as a preventative move from doctor.
Any ideas or info is gladly welcomed...Thank you

Fibro can as well. GERD or a bad gallbladder is also a possibility. Two others to look at for the tingly part is Restless Leg Syndrome and microneuropathy(sp).

  • B12 deficiency? It can cause panic attacks, heart symptoms, body pain. B deficiency often can start out with numbness or tinglying in hands and feet and end up going to the arms and legs. Be aware that the normal range for B is under debate as some people get B deficiency symptoms when they are in the lower end range of normal. (if you have B12 deficiency..be aware this means you are likely to have deficiency in other B vitamin areas as it often dont happen alone)
