H=high, L=low, N=norm.
K+ 5.2H/WBC 6.86 N/RBC 4.40N/Hgb 9.7L/MCV 71.5L/MCH 22.1L/ MCHC 30.9N/Hct 31.5 L/ Plt 380N/ MPV 11.5 H/RDW 16.3H/
Neutrophils-Lympho-Mono-Eosin-Baso-LUC Normal
RBC=Hypochromic microcytic target cells and elliptocytes seen.
WBC= Some neutrophils contains toxic granulations.
ESR=25H mm/hr
Platelets=Some large platelets seen

=NKA,NK major bleeding. not pre/post menstrual nor menopausal.
awaiting Thalassaemia and serum ferritin(iron panel) results.
Any suggestions to further investigate?:confused:
