My knee for no apparent reason swelled up about 3 month ago. I had 3 weeks of celebrex which got it under control. I then switched to arcoxia. I am down to 1 arcoxia every 2nd day 90mg. When I wake up my knee is particularly stiff and painful the day after not taking arcoxia. I am worried that no progress is being made. I have tried physical therapy. I have also tried swimming / bike riding / walking. All of which I can do if taking the arcoxia. Minimal pain while exercising. Swelling is now minimal, but pain and stiffness are the problem. I have had xray and mri and the diagnosis is Osteoarthritis although not definitive. I am 45, male and fit.

What should I do next?
