Hi, I am new to the forum and would appreciate any help. I have problem with my knees, when i sit down and point my feet and toes directly forward it looks like my knees point inward. It looks like the knee does not align with the upper and lower leg well. When i walk i have to make an effort to keep straight and stay balanced . my feet also point outward below the ankle but not a lot. Wondering if there is a medical term for this and if any kind of excerises would help. Also if training exercise do not work what is the most reliable treatment to fix this kind of problem.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
