My name is Alex. I am 15 years old and currently have Osgood-Schlatter. I have had it since I was only 12. I only play soccer at this time. I ice after I workout and play, but I do continue to play.

So my question is: Do I continue to play, or do I rest? Do I need to see a doctor again? I can't run/play for more than 5 minutes without pain. What should I do? Do I just need to shut down for a while?

Please send your answers or comments to LCLHS13@yahoo.com.

Thanks so much!
