Knee pain and tingling extremities

I've had knee pain without any related injury for the last 4 months. The onset was sudden and in both knees, and doctors and physical therapists haven't helped. I'm only 23 years old, and the x-rays taken at the doctor didn't show anything unusual.

In addition, the tips of some of my fingers have started tingling continuously with slight numbness. I'm a little achy, like I've got a little bit of a cold or something, but it's not really getting better.

I know that I also have ulcerative colitis, but the specialist I usually see that didn't have any new ideas to give me either. If anyone else has any thoughts or suggestions, I would love to hear them
