two years back my knee got twisted and it was daigones as cartilage tear or ligament injury. after proper rest there was not problem but after two years i feel pain in back of my knee and could feel a spur on the knee cap. please help me to diagnose this problem.

  • Could be the beginning of osteoarthritis in that knee. Spurs, and the specific pain you have, points in that direction. You should have it checked out by your GP.
