I had bruised my meniscus about two years ago and I think I have recovered but I am not able to squat down for two years and I get burning in my knees and occasionally my toes swell and feels like I got a bite but there's no sign of it. I feel so much burning in my knees occasionally too when I think I am walking too much. I am desperate as I am tired of not being able to function normally. Please help and let me know if you need more information. Thanks!

  • Have you been to an Ortho for the knee problems??? Maybe the meniscus was really damaged and not briused??? Did you have an xray or mri to show the damage?? Have your spine checked for pinched nerves??? I have alot of spinal problems and haven't been able to squat for along time, cause it causes pain and pressure . Its really not something to quess abt, Please get it checked out by a good Ortho. Good luck.

I am curious to know about why you have not been able to squat still ,if I am reading right, you had seen an Ortho. I am wondering if I should see a Neurologist or a Chiropractor?? How are you doing now? I am very curious because I want to know if it is too late and if there is still hope since it has been two years now.
