okay i have had pain in back they had found i cysts in both my left kidney and spleen my pancreas was recently inflammed we found out my dad has failing kidneys my blood levels are to high pain in my abdomen when u press on it and pain in my back when you press to i cant go like i use to i am hypoglycemic kidney problems run in my family i am frequently exhausted and my doc says it is stress there is toxins in my urine and whote particles sorry if i already wrote not sure if last post is up

  • Ok, first thing is to make sure you are drinking enough water. If you have kidney problems, its essentialy to make sure toxins and build up is flushed out with water. You may want to speak to your doctor about the amount, but it would seemingly make sense to drink MORE than the recommended amount (unless you have bladder problems). What kind of tests did you have that showed the cysts? X-rays? You might want to consider a CT scan or MRI to look for anything else or to get a better look at the cysts. Do you control your blood sugar adequately? Improper regulation can lead to kidney damage and ultimately renal failure. Has your C-Reactive Protein level (CRP) been checked to see if you have a urinairy track infection?
