Diabetic since 14 years. sugar levels fasting 97 pp 131 using medicines Glimpride 2mg metmorphin 500 mg
Hypo Thyroidism since 6 years. normal levels now. Using medicine Thyronorm 100 mg.
Blood Pressure 120/80 heart rate 102. Left ventricle Diastolic Dysfunction identified 3 months back. Using medicine Telmisartan 10, Ecospryn 150 mg, Atrovastatin 10.
Tests done and abnormalities found.
Complete blood picture: E.S.R 15 mm/1st hour
Total R.B.C count 5.3 million/cubmm
Lipid Profile: Serrum cholesterol 183 mg/dl, HDL cholesterol 40 mg/dl, LDL cholesterol 112 mg/dl VLDL Cholesterol 26 mg/dl Serum Triglycerides 129 mg/dl.
Renal function test : 24 hours urinary protein 85mg., serum creatinine 1.0 mg%. 24 hrs Urinary Creatinine 1.0 gm, creatinine clearance 116 ml/min, Urinary output 2000 ml,Urine microalbumin 10 mg/L urine creatinine 200 mg/dl serim phosphorus 3.6 mg/dl, serum uric acid 3.2 mg/dl, serum chloride 88 mEq/L Blood Urea 37 mg/dl Serum calcium 10.4 mg/dl, Bicorbonate 26 mEq/L,Sodium 138 mEq/L, Potassium, 4.8 mEq/L.
Symptoms: 1] sudden loss of weight 5 kgs in two months 2] loss of apetite 3] fatigue and weakness.
Please help me in finding the reasons for 1] heart rate 100 per minute 2] Sudden loss of weight 3] and the resultant indication for ESR 15 mm/1st hour, below normal levels of serum phosphorus 3.6 mg/dl, serum uric acid 3.2 mg/dl, serum chloride 88 mEq/L
