I've been breaking out in hives lately, some days it's not too bad. I think it's partly allergy. Today it's real bad and I can't seem to sit still. I feel like I'm going to crawl out of my skin - like my nerves are all jittery. I'm not on any drugs of any kind - just allegra for the hives. That usually helps with the itching but today not so much. Can the nerves cause hives? I over did some exercising on Fri and I've been paying for it since - back pain and nerve pain.Today I'm just so jittery and shaky and can't sit still - along with the hives. And I feel like crying all day.
Anyone else get this? Is it the nerves?
