Felt 90% recovered 8 days after a cholecystectomy, now have upper abdominal pain that shoots tword the middle of the back. CT at hospital shows nothing abnormal. Back to hospital due to uncontroable pain even when taking 2mg Dilaudid. Pain came back after less than 2hrs since time of medication... Anyone have an idea?

Note: Pain not in same places as before cholecystectomy but is centered at sternum area. Worse pain than before the surgury.
