Hi. I'm sixteen and am having some major problems with my shoulder. I went to the doctor and was told I have too much collagen in my tendons, causing my joint to pop in and out of place to the point where it actually pulled a muscle.
The muscle being pulled happened over a year ago I was diagnosed mid feburary and am still in pain. I was told to build up my muscle around the joint to keep it in place to prevent it from happening again. That's all fine and dandy but whenever I pick up weights and try and do that's it feels like my shoulder is tearing all over again.
I need help to try and get this better so I can't prevent it from happening again.
