I have varying degrees of joint, muscle and bone pain in my both my knees, my entire right leg, hips and right arm. I had surgeries on both my right knee and wrist. I had bone graphs on them both and screws/pins and plates placed in as well. My right wrist no longer has the pins and never had a plate but my right knee still has 2 titanium plates with ???? amount of screws. I know to dress in layers to remain warm and to use blankets and the like when I can but as it happens I am not cold 95% of the time I'm in pain. I am not on any medications. I just found out I will not be receiving any more medical help from a doctor so I'm running out of options to help alleviate my pain. Does anyone who has been through anything even remotely similar know what to do to help? I am a young mother raising two very active children and I don't want to spend the rest of my life, or in the very least the next five years of my life in the pain I am in. I have been dealing with this pain for only five years but it feels like a lifetime. HELP!!

  • Have you seen a rheumatologist? I know that one of the trigger factors for Fibromyalgia is surgery. Also any kind of implant Including screws can set off autoimmune disease. just a thought of something to look into t
