I need some help in finding out why I get leg, thigh, ribs, and arm cramps that move simultaneously from one place to another. I've tried hot rags, muscle ointments, stretching the muscle, a lot of times they all hit at once, both thighs, groin are the most common to hit first, after the start to reside then a foot or both, and my ankle. it happens at least 3 to 4 times a week. sometimes it takes over an hour for the cramping to stop. can you help?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
