Can anyone help? I have experienced on 5 occasions pain in the lower jaw, sometime travelling from the left side to the right. No chest pain, no radiation of pain from the neck, arm or chest to the jaw. this pain lasts from 5 to 15 minutes. None of these attacks have accured during exercise, in all cases I have been sitting, in four cases I have been playing bridge (I know give up bridge:-)
I have been to a heart specialist for a stress test which I passed in flying colours, however I have experiened three painful attacks since then.

Any suggestions Thanks

I am 58 year old female

  • Have a look at TMJ syndrome. Your dentist can tell you if that's the case. They have a lot of little tricks to help if it is.
