I took a bad fall three days ago and my jaw hit the ground hard. Right now I feel as though there is a lump under my chin and in my throat that's hindering my breathing somewhat. There seems to be quite a lot of phlegm building up in my throat. My voice has become rather hoarse and, also, I can't seem to bring my voice down to a lower pitch now.
