Last year, on March 2012, I was diagnosted with demodicidosis, since then I've been on a treatment, I worked 10 months later but now It's back on my face!:(

How can I treat it?
Is there an special treatment for this?

By the way i'm 27 and live in a tropical weather, i guess that doesn't help much.
