It all started four years ago when I was 20 I was at work and the left side of my body started to feel funny. Then I lost my peripheral vision and everything became hard to focus. Felt as if I had taken something. A co worker noticed my eye drooping and I then knew something was very wrong. By the time I got to the er 40 min later all the symptoms had just about gone away. That was the start of it all. At the time I was using the birthcontrol YAZ after a few dr apts. And they couldn’t figure it out I took myself off the YAZ. Everything just about got back to normal then I got pregnant and in my first trimester I had one. I took myself off all caffeine and sugar and didn’t have anymore(might have been related idk) was fine through out the pregnancy. My daughter is now 8 weeks old and I had another episode at work today… the diff was, was that it started on my right side. Which is the first time ever. And I didn’t lose my peripheral vision this time. I have been to a neurologist, a eye dr, and had EGK’s, MRI’s and rounds of blood work to check for sugar issues. The only thing that was remotely off was the sugar little high but they said it was not that big of a deal…they all say im fine…..im so desperate feel like im losing my mind. Please help…
