I exercise 5 days a week. I lift weights and do some cardio. Whenever I try running on the treadmill or on the pavement I notice that after a few minutes I begin to itch like crazy. The itching starts with my legs and move up to my stomach and back. I use to run three days a week when I was in the Marine Corp. and I never had this problem. Any advice would be helpful.
