I have a real problem..and its really begining to annoy me.
I am a 29yr old asian (not oriental) male, I am from the UK.
I am generally in a good state of health aside from beeing slightly round at the edges.
I have a cleft palate and lip which does not affect me in any way.
Since i was a teen i have had a problem where if i come in from the cold into a warm environment, or if i get embarassed or blush i start to severly itch.
The main areas of the itchiness are: Inside of wrists, back of fingers, back, chest and ankles.
Up until now my symproms have been diagnosed by my GP as urticaria, but through no actual investigation.
To treat or manage the effects of this i have been prescribed various types of anti histamines, latest being neo clarityn.
Due to the current cold weather in the UK my itching has gotten more severe and frequent.
It affects my sleep, my daily routines, affects my physical ability to take part in physical activity etc.
In the past i managed it by running myhands under cold water or touching cold surfaces to cool my self down.
