Itching, neuropathy, calf cramps due to vasculitis?

I've been looking for some answers and was wondering if vasculitis can cause the following symptoms?

* Widespread itching (scalp itches the most but my eyes, legs, thighs, and shoulder blades itch too). The itch is scratchable. There's no rash but lately I've noticed isolated tiny red non-itchy bumps in some places.

* Neuropathy. Felt as burning, tingling, prickly feelings in my arms and legs.

* Occasional calf cramps. Goes away with rest.

* Constant dizziness (may be due to chronic sinusitis and deviated septum though).

I've had blood, urine, and nerve conduction tests plus MRIs and CT scans to rule out a bunch of things already and wonder if vasculitis could be the answer?
