I have had vague itching and a sensation of creepy crawly little bugs under my skin all over my body for several years now. I am a 59 yr old female and have thought it was formication due to menopause. There is no rash and it is more pronounced almost immediately after eating, esp. carbs. I feel it often 1st on my scalp. I finally went to an allergist to be tested for allergies to foods and he said no allergies at all. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms? I'd really like to hear from anyone re: this, will it ever go away? Are there any treatments? Sometimes it drives me crazy. :confused:Thanks all, K

  • How about getting your glands checked, along with diabetes. Perhaps a shingles-like thing???
