I'm 20 years old, and something odd has happened to me in the past 4 months.
I started getting incredibly itchy all over my torso and scalp whenever I warm up. For instance, I drank a warm latte at a coffee shop today, and my body suddenly turned red and started itching like crazy. I went to the bathroom and looked at my chest, which had become red in certain areas. I didn't notice any odd red bumps, only just red skin. The same thing happened to a small portion on my back.
I asked my father about this, and he says that he gets itchy when he exercises, but it goes away after about 5 minutes. My itchiness doesn't go away unless I cool my body down. My father also does not believe that a doctor would be able to help with this.
It only seems to happen when I heat up, too. My sister says it might be rosacea, but I'm a tad skeptical about that.
