It has been 9 months and it's getting worse

I'll try to keep this short... First symptom was fatigue. It progressed to tremors in my hands. Then my arms. Then, my legs. Now, I'm having muscle spasms all over my body and just a few days ago the spasms spread to my face. The "attacks" come and go. Sometimes I'll go a week or two without problems and then they'll come back. The episodes can last a few hours to a few days. I've been on several medications over the past 9 months. I've seen 2 neurologists, a cardiologist, a GI specialist, and a rheumatologist.

I've had hundreds of tests. The only things that have come back abnormal were a low Vitamin D level, a positive ANA and a positive RNP. Also, have elevated liver enzymes. I have had several CT scans of my head as well as a MRI. I have not had any nerve or muscle conduction tests. I have not had a spinal tap.

I am scheduled to see my third neurologist on Thursday. Anyone else out there going through this? Any idea what it could be? My ANA and RNP being elevated have me concerned.

Please, any suggestions you have would be appreciated.
