For the past two years I've been getting these "attacks". At first I would only get them maybe once every two months, but now it's about once a week. I'll be eating and then about 10 minutes in I start feeling tightness in my neck, then it spreads to my cheat and upper abdomin and begins hurting as well. I start getting really hot and start sweating. I feel nauseous. Even if I lie down it doesn't get better. It lasts for about 20 minutes. As far as what food triggers it, I can't pin one down. I can eat something one day and be fine and then the next day it may give me an attack. Alcohol has caused it before too, but again, not Everytime I drink. (Which I don't do often) it does tend to happen with fattier foods. And it has never happened when i wasnt eating. Any help would be appreciated. I am a 22 year old female. I'm overweight. I don't smoke, drink occassionally(maybe 3 times a month).Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
