Is this the beginning of a viral infection, or something else?

Hello, everyone. Although this has been only going on since today (so far, at least), I am having trouble deciding whether this is the beginning of a virus or something different.

OK, this morning, I woke up and ate breakfast. (If this is important, I was just eating toast and eggs.) In the middle of eating it, I felt like I had to go to the bathroom really bad, and my stomach was hurting. I did, and it felt somewhat better.

A couple hours later, though, I started feeling fatigued. I tried to eat lunch, but it didn't really help (and my stomach started hurting again). I also had a sore throat that didn't go away with water, but lifesavers kind of helped...

Should I just brush this off as a virus, a normal occurence, or something else.

(Note: I haven't been outside of America, so I hopefully don't have Ebola.)

Bye, everyone. :)

Update: I am not having throat pain, now that I think about it. My throat feels more dry than anything, even though I'm drinking a lot of water right now.
