For a long time (2 or 3 years) I've been exhausted all the time.
I sleep an average of 10 hours a night.

Originally I had glandular fever, repetitively over a period of time. My old Dr after a while diagnosed me with a mild depression and for a while I was medicated and became better mentally but physically I am quite often still drained.

And to this day I still sleep too much. I have tried setting alarms and waking earlier and I just cannot function.

The last month or so I've been sick with a cold or flu going around and I am wondering is it ever going to end??

The Dr this evening said its viral, he would have tested for glandular fever but my glands aren't really up. I told him my history of having it.

He said I have a bad **s ulcer in the back of my mouth/throat area.
Which is probably part of the reason why I'm not recovering like normal people.

He agreed to do and FBE because I wouldn't be satisfied if he did.
But he himself is ordering a CRP and ESR test, which I believe looks for such diseases as crohn's, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus etc.

AGES ago I thought I might have had lupus cos my dr at one point said i may have had chronic fatigue.

Is this what he is testing for??
