I am 34, female.

I have a very bad runny, blocked nose for 7-8 yeaes and sneeze very often and it's getting worse.

I get cold easily, and have low appetite so I eat less, move less, become tired quickly.

I have rash on my face for a few weeks now. It's itch and sore, it get worse when I'm in sunshine or get hot and sweaty.

I think I have depression and I don't know if it's because of my bad circumstances or physical problems. And I also feel my brain is not fully functioning. And I don't know if this as well is because I'm in a bad situation.

I can see better with my left eye than right one, and my right side of front teeth is slightly longer than the left teeth, ans my right side of body hair is slightly longer and thicker than the left side. I don't know if it's significant.

I'm wondering if this is Hypothyroidism. But I can't go to hospital at the moment.
What should I do?

  • I have Hypothyroidism. You dont have it. However, stress is a very powerful thing. Go to an ear nose and throat doctor for your sinus problem. If you under severe emotional stress, see your doctor for temporary meds. Low appetite, is no sign of Hypothyroidism. Fatigue can be caused by stress. HOw old are you? Male or Female? Perimenopause can make you nuts if you are a female. Male? your stressed. I suffered from severe pain for 2 years....stress related. Most likely what you are suffering from can be fixed with a mild anti depressent for a few months to give you a head start. Depression makes you tired and also can give you physical pain sometimes. Every body is different and how it reacts to stress.symptoms of Hypothyroidism:Fatigue and constant sleepingWeight gain...in severity, a half lb per dayloss of hair or brittelness, breakagebrittle nails and toe nailsnodule in throat at thyroid gland...enlarged glandfemale: increased periods, heavy periodsgrumpyness and sometimes fits of rageGo see your doctor

  • yes. I feel cold easily. I'm not eating ice cream and cold fruit juice for a few years, if I do, I get ill next day.And I'm losing my weigh because I don't have much appetite.and the hair on my leg grew longer and thicker than before.and I'm having very bad period pain once or twice a year for 7-8 years, I get sweaty and nauseous with severe tummyache for about half an hour. Can My symptoms get better with food supplement or diet? Most urgent problem is my blocked and runny nose. I've tried everything but nothing's work.

I didn't have the other problems you describe. Hypothyroidism is an autoimmune condition, which can be aggravated by stress. It can be diagnosed easily with a simple blood test, and if you are found to have this problem, the doctor will prescribe a synthetic thyroid hormone. Luckily, it's pretty inexpensive medication, but you'll have to take it for the rest of your life. I've been taking it for about 35 years and it began relieving my symptoms in about 2 weeks. You also should be checked for polycystic ovarian syndrome, since some of your other symptoms (painful periods, heavy leg hair) point to that. A gynecologist can check for this condition and can order a blood test to check your thyroid. One thing I should mention is that hypothyroidism usually occurs in women over 40. I don't know how old you are, but I was in my 20's when my symptoms first occurred, and it took me over a year to find a doctor who would even consider it and order the blood work. Hopefully, your doctor will look at your symptoms and not at your age and order the test!As far as the stuffy, runny nose, it could simply be a coincidence that it's happening at the same time as everything else.Good luck - I hope you find some answers soon!
