we went for lunch and had a sandwich which we shared.
about 6 hours later got very sick, was throwing up, diahreahea, fever, abdoniminal pain. The fever went away and all that night I was in the bathroom on the toilet every 5 minutes all night, I hardly got any sleep.

my partner who had some of the sandwich had some stomach pains but nothing that really developed.

Went to the drug store on Sunday and talked to the pharmasist who suggested watered down gatoraid and imodium
Well the diareahea stopped.
monday I decided to try to get to the doctor but my doctor was out of town so I saw a nurse in the clinic who consulted with a doctor and then sent me for tests and said NOT to take the imodium and to drink the gatoraid full strenght.

so after that I got home and the diahrea started again....all afternoon I was int eh bathroom every 10 minutes. That evening was a bit better. I was drinking alot of fluids.

Last night I had a pretty good sleep was only up four times but now that I am up it has been starting all over again....

is this food poisoining or is it something more serious?
