I won't go into the whole story but this is where I'm at today, I think this started over a year ago when I started getting tired after 5 or 6 hours into the day, I past it off as getting older, 59 now, last May I started going the my Doc. about this and also had other issues I think they are all taken care of now, the other symptoms the doc's are stumped, the surgeon that removed my gallbladder say the symptoms sounds like it's hormonal in the GI track, an acquaintance of mine told me his dad had the same symptoms and said it sounds like Myasthenia gravis, after researching I do have most of the symptoms plus some like my acquaintance's dad had, last Oct. I was laid up for almost 2 weeks so sick I couldn't function, that's when I discovered some of the foods I ate made me sick.
I'll try and rate them from 1 to 10 with 10 being the sickest, I'm at a point now where I'm so tired all I can do is sleep and rest, although I'm still barely working.
Ok here goes, I stay sick at a level 1 or 2, I ate a plain grilled chicken sandwich and a chick biscuit on a different days from BK, level 3 sick, gravy and biscuit, or any gravy or sausage, BBQ sauce, some rich hot chocolate all a level 4, II'll go on to the big ones now, chili, spaghetti and anything tomato base the more tomato base the sicker I get, level 8, here's what happens at level 8, I can barely walk, eat, shower or function mentally or physically, my muscles just turn to jelly, it feels like poison running though my system, my breathing is labored and my heart rate is up for 48 hours before I start feeling better, now here's the real kicker the backs of my legs hurt something awful, my hamstrings from top to bottom hurt so bad I can barely sit, I drive a 18 wheeler about 1500 miles a week and it's getting harder and harder to do a job I enjoy, it's a route job not over the road, no sleeper.
