Does anyone have any suggestions what could be wrong, my list of complaints goes on and on. Suffering extreme fatigue, hair loss, extreme cold intolerance, cramps, joint pain, mood swings just to mention a few. Have an enlarged thyroid with multiple nodules but TSH came back normal at .98 have mild B12 deficiency level 175 and mild vitamin D deficiency at 30 mcv was 100 red cell folate 518. The specialist seems to think all is basically ok and to take oral vitamin b12 & d. As I am mother to four children who is a shift worker I really need some help before I lose my job as I have been falling asleep at work

Any Suggestions would be appreciated
