For as long as i can remember, i have had upper stomach and chest pains dealing with gas very often, sometimes daily. but about a year ago after i graduated, i started getting a whole new set of stomach/gas problems. it seems i have IBS or somethings along those lines. i use to have alot of pain until i stopped stressing so badly on this calamity. but that doesn't rid of the most extreme discomfort. mostly all of my stomach/bowel issues occur after i wake up, sometimes my symptoms wake me up from sleep... but i just realized since i have been having these bowel and gas issues and abdominal discomfort, i no longer ever have any upper gas pressure feeling anymore. what has happened to cause this change? this discomfort keeps me from doing much nowadays, i feel trapped in my own body unable to do what i want and need due to these IBS/Bowel/gas problem. please tell me what i should do to rid of this, nearly every other morning abdominal issue.
