I'm not sure if I have tremors, or spasms; but something is definetly moving with me controlling it. Occasionally for what seems to be no reasons; my arms and or thigh will contract...its been happening since i was a little kid. I can visibly see my arm (bicep) contracting; but I dont know if i should get this diagnosed. I Dont know how I would go about telling my doctor either; it doesnt happen all the time and they come and go. it doesnt effect me in anyway; it doesnt limit my movement whatsoever. Can you tell me what may be happening? Or what I should do?
